Introduction
Welcome to Terra Nepal — where nature meets nerdy and wild meets wise!
Co-founded by agriculture whisperer Angel Kafle and tech wizard Bishal Wagle, we’re on a mission to rescue your spaces from the cold clutches of fake plastic plants. Instead, we build miniature jungles in glass jars — real, self-sustaining terrariums that thrive with zero drama and very little maintenance.
We’re not just decorating. We’re rewilding your room, refreshing your mind, and reminding your soul what real green feels like. Whether it’s a corporate lobby or a classroom corner, our ecosystems don’t just sit pretty — they breathe, grow, and tell a story of balance, calm, and connection.
Because in a world buzzing with notifications, sometimes all you need… is a little glass garden whispering, "Breathe."

Our Story and Mission
🌿 In a world driven by deadlines and digital screens, nature often takes a backseat. That’s where Terra Nepal comes in — Nepal’s first and only commercial Terrarium company dedicated to reconnecting people with nature through self-sustaining, artistic green ecosystems.
We don’t just make terrariums; we create living experiences that blend mindfulness, sustainability, and creativity. With over 1,000 participants trained across Nepal and India, our terrarium workshops have become powerful tools for:
Enhancing employee well-being
Promoting sustainability education
Supporting team bonding in a refreshing, nature-infused format
From esteemed institutions like Kathmandu University, Kavya School, and SOS Children’s Village, to renowned organizations such as Oxford University Clinical Research Unit, NMB Bank, Jagadamba Group, and SecurityPal — Terra Nepal has been trusted to deliver workshops that leave a lasting impact.
This proposal outlines how your organization can benefit from a Terra Nepal workshop — a chance to bring creativity, calm, and conscious living into your workplace or community.
Let’s grow something meaningful — together. 🌱
At Terra Nepal, our journey is fueled by a deep belief in the power of nature to heal, inspire, and transform. We are more than just creators of terrariums; we are driven by a vision to bring nature back into the concrete jungles that have come to dominate modern life. Our vision is simple yet profound: to build a world where natural, self-sustaining ecosystems replace artificial decor, where every office, home, and public space is filled with the soothing, life-giving presence of real plants.
Our mission is rooted in a desire to promote sustainability and mental well-being. In a world increasingly reliant on technology, we believe nature should not be forgotten. Our terrariums are not only beautiful but are designed to be self-sustaining, requiring minimal care—just like the balance that our Earth needs. By creating these little worlds, we hope to reconnect people with nature, fostering a sense of calm and grounding in the fast-paced world we live in.
We also understand the importance of inclusivity and education. That’s why we’re committed to conducting workshops, not just for corporate spaces, but also for children and individuals who are differently-abled. Our terrariums have been recognized by psychiatrists for their therapeutic benefits, bringing a touch of nature's healing into the lives of those who need it most.
Every day, we strive to make a difference. Whether we’re replacing fake plants in a corporate office, introducing a child to the joy of terrarium-building, or simply sparking a conversation about the importance of sustainability, our goal is always the same: to help people reconnect with the natural world and inspire them to create spaces that nurture both the Earth and the soul.
At Terra Nepal, we believe that even in the busiest, most digital-driven lives, there’s always room for nature. And we’re here to bring it to you—one terrarium at a time.

Our Journey Unfolds

Our Story Unfolds
Discover our journey, mission, vision, and the dedicated team behind our success and values.
Our Journey
We began our journey with a simple idea: creating beautiful gardens under glass. As our vision grew, we knew we needed a name and identity that reflected our purpose. That’s when Mr. Awesome, our dear friend Prijesh, stepped in and helped us coin the name Terra. He didn’t stop there—he also designed our logo and even crafted our first Nepali paper pan bills, giving life to what Terra Nepal stands for today. His support marked the beginning of something truly special.

Fighting the Crisis
In times of crisis, we didn’t back down. Like many entrepreneurs, we faced the early struggles of having no marketing, unpolished products, and being at the very start of our journey. Then, the real test came. Our terrariums were beautiful, but they were expensive, and customers were few. Instead of giving up, we pivoted. We started selling iced teas and bubble teas to college students. They came for the drinks, and while enjoying their tea or coffee, they began noticing our terrariums. Curiosity turned into conversations, and soon enough, they began asking for guidance. This marked the beginning of our Terrarium Workshops, now a major part of Terra Nepal's revenue.
Through those tough days, we hustled, making just enough from tea sales to cover our rent, food, and supplies. Every day, we worked to solve one problem, no matter how small. That perseverance, fixing one thing at a time, is what shaped us. To young entrepreneurs: cross the waves, show up every single day, and believe—because if you do, you’ll come out stronger, and success will follow.

Terrarium Workshop
🌿 We Don’t Just Make Terrariums — We Grow Little Worlds.
At Terra Nepal, we’re in the business of planting peace in a glass jar. These aren’t just pretty green things — they’re living, breathing ecosystems that whisper nature’s rhythm into the heart of the concrete jungle.
We say goodbye to those sad, dusty plastic plants, and hello to real, rooted magic. Our self-sustaining terrariums bring calm, curiosity, and creativity back into offices, schools, and homes.
And the real thrill? Our workshops.
It’s not just crafting — it’s creating your own tiny universe, where every pebble, plant, and drop of moisture matters. It’s meditative. It’s exciting. It’s eco-conscious therapy in the shape of a glass dome.
So come for the green… but stay for the mindful transformation. Let’s make your space breathe again.
🌿 Terrarium Workshop for Curious Young Minds
Where Science Sparks, Soil Speaks, and Ecosystems Come Alive.
Terra Nepal invites students into the captivating world of self-sustaining glass gardens — our Terrarium Workshop, thoughtfully designed to blend education with imagination.
We begin with story-rich sessions that explore closed ecosystems — tiny green worlds that thrive without a single drop of outside help. Students dive into the science of balance, learning how plants breathe, how micro-life behaves, and how nature sustains itself inside a simple jar.
But the magic doesn’t stop at theory.
In our hands-on DIY Terrarium Lab, each participant rolls up their sleeves to become a mini eco-architect — layering soils, choosing plants, and building their own sealed biosphere. From the right substrate mix to the quiet role of insects, they’ll master the rhythm of harmony in nature.
This isn’t just a workshop — it’s an experience that plants seeds of sustainability, creativity, and ecological awareness in every young heart.
🧠 Workshop Flow:
🌍 Into the Ecosystem — The secret life of closed systems
🌱 Terrariums Explained — Purpose, power, and beauty
🍃 Plant Physiology — How life thrives in a glass world
🌾 Substrate Science — Ratios, layering, and growth hacks
🐞 Nature’s Symphony — Insects + plants = balance
🧪 DIY Terrarium Lab — Craft your green masterpiece
Let’s grow a greener future — one jar at a time.
